About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for Hospitality Employees / Food services assistants at our Berala Aged Care Centre in Auburn, New South Wales.
We are looking for permanent, part-time employees, with shifts ranging from Monday to Sunday between 1130 to 1530 and 1530 to 1930.
Your work may include:
- Working with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
- Delivering and serving meals to our residents
- General laundry duties, including personal laundry
- Interacting with residents and creating meaningful customer relationships
- Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
- Helping with various domestic duties such as cleaning of general areas
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Experience delivering hospitality (desirable)
- A big heart – an empathetic approach and strong customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
- Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday
