IRT Facilities Management is seeking to appoint an efficient and dedicated Office and Compliance Administrator to effectively manage, support and develop the Facilities Management Customer Service and Planning teams to ensure IRT’s strategic aims and goals are met.


About the role: 

  • Implement and manage an effective customer service structure for initial customer services enquiries
  • Lead the Facilities Management Customer Service and Planning teams and achieve targets, through mentoring, coaching and training of employees
  • Implement and maintain quality systems and strategies to help support IRT business streams
  • Ensure the provision of a high standard of customer service and drive a customer service culture throughout IRT
  • Identify gaps in customer service models and opportunities for service development to better meet customer needs and expectations
  • Ensure departmental plans and compliance regulations are met
  • Deliver a high standard of service to enable residents/clients to achieve optimum quality of life


To be successful you will have: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Customer Service, or similar work experience
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing a high performance Administration team to meet KPIs and deliver results
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare comprehensive, professional reports
  • Demonstrate a proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Desirable: Experience/understanding of the Aged Care industry
