Make a positive difference to our residents’ lives by helping support their health and wellbeing as a Volunteer. IRT volunteer program allows for more flexibility and informal interactions, personalised activities and strengthens our ability to response to individual's preferences. 


We’re looking for people that are warm, caring, compassionate and are team players who would like to volunteer in the below Care Centres and Retirement Villages;

To Be Successful You Will Have

We’re looking for volunteers who are warm and caring, compassionate and are team player, have good communication and interpersonal skills.  Volunteers will need to undergo a National Criminal History Check and attend volunteer training sessions and inductions.

All volunteers will be provided with a thorough onboarding program and have access to ongoing training in-line with your volunteer role. To ensure all volunteers feel supported IRT volunteers have access to free and confidential Employment Assistance Program (EAP) providing support on a range of personal and volunteer related issues.
