IRT The Palms in Buderim is seeking to appoint an energetic Retirement Village Officer to join our team. 


About the role: As a Retirement Villages Officer, you will work closely with the Resident Relationship Manager to achieve compliance and implement value-add experiences for a high level of customer satisfaction across IRT The Palms. You will use your exceptional organisation and customer service skills to assist in developing activities programs, reports and communications as well as coordinating the entrance of new residents. 


To be successful you will have:

  • Qualification (or willing to obtain) in Leisure and Lifestyle, and experience in Community Service and/or Customer Relationships.
  • Previous leadership experience 
  • High level verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated excellent organisational skills 
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own work and work of others to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products and other technology
  • Valid current driver’s license and bus license (desirable)
