We’re looking for an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our aged care team and deliver exceptional outcomes for the local community. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your team, influence performance, and make a genuine difference every day.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for local residents
  • Driving performance in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational goals
  • Overseeing care planning and clinical documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy
  • Building, coaching and developing a high-performing team
  • Creating a positive, supportive workplace culture that people want to be part of
  • Managing workforce and resources to ensure sustainable operations
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with residents, families and the wider local community

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Proven leadership experience (4–5+ years) within aged care

  • Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)

  • Strong commercial and financial management capability

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams

  • Solid understanding of AN-ACC, aged care legislation and accreditation

  • Confidence using clinical systems and technology

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead change

  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care
