Your Role:
You will assist our residents with their daily care needs and domestic duties in accordance with their Care Plan. As an individual with a genuine interest in aged care, you will ensure a high standard of care is provided at all times as well as continuously contribute to improvements for the care team.


To be successful you will have:
•    A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain
•    Experience delivering exceptional customer service 
•    A passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
•    Flexibility and availability to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and/or evenings
•    The ability to use technology such as smart phones and computers
•    An understanding of safe work practices and appropriate manual handling procedures


The ability to work a range of shifts including weekends and night shifts is required for this role.
