About the Role
As a Maintenance Handyperson, you’ll deliver a high standard of property maintenance services across the Eurobodalla region, looking after maintenance at our Dalmeny, Moruya, Crown Gardens and The Clyde sites.
This role is extremely diverse, with the successful candidate attending leading a variety of maintenance activities to support the needs and interests of our residents and clients.
To Be Successful You Will Have
• A current Drivers License
• Demonstrated experience in a general maintenance, carpentry, cleaning or other relevant trade roles
• An unrestricted current drivers licence and the ability to travel to other IRT sites in the Illawarra area as required
• A trade qualification (desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work flexible hours
• A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to use technology such as smart devices and computers
