About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll help care for our residents’ health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!

  • Hourly base rate between $41.84 and $53.44 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.
  • Location: IRT Dalmeny on the NSW South Coast.  

 

We have Full time and Part time roles open with range of shifts available across mornings, afternoons and nights, 7-days. We will work with you to see how we can best match you up with our opportunities to fit in with your life. 

 

Your work may include:

  • Providing clinical care
  • Managing and supervising care workers
  • Undertaking client assessments
  • Monitoring clients’ care needs, evaluation care plans
  • Providing treatment as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

 

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
