IRT Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Lifestyle Officer to join our dynamic and growing team for a Full Time position at IRT TH Kirrawee

About the role:


As a Lifestyle Officer, you will: 

  • Assisting with the execution and implementation of activities and programs 
  • Liaising with residents to develop activities that meet their needs interests whilst maintaining resident independence
  • Assisting with social outings, activities and transportation 

To be successful you will have: 

  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or willingness to work towards this 
  • Aged care experience preferred, including basic knowledge of the aged cared 'Quality Standards' 
  • Initiative and creative flair
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of seniors
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work as part of a team and be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
