About the Role

As a Retirement Villages Officer, you will work closely with the Resident Relationship Manager to achieve compliance and implement value-add experiences for a high level of customer satisfaction across our Lifestyle Villages at Parklands and Woodlands. You will use your exceptional organisation and customer service skills to assist in developing activities programs, reports and communications as well as coordinating the entrance of new residents, it really is a highly rewarding role! This is a Full Time position with the successful applicant able to work Monday to Friday 38 hours per week.


Your work will include:

  • Assist with the daily operations across IRT Parklands and Woodlands Retirement Villages
  • Ensure warm welcomes to new residents and visitors to site 
  • Assist with site inspections and hazard or maintenance reporting 
  • Support the Resident Relationship Manager with the coordination of activities and events
  • Attend resident meetings including complaints and provide support by appropriate reporting and follow up
  • Complete documentation with accuracy in a timely manner 

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Qualification (or willing to obtain) in Leisure and Lifestyle, and experience in Community Service and/or Customer Relationships.
  • Previous leadership experience 
  • High level verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated excellent organisational skills 
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own work and work of others to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products and other technology
  • Valid current driver’s license and bus license (desirable)
