As a home care worker, you’ll help support our clients to maintain their independence and live at home for longer. Your personalised care and empathetic companionship will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!    


We currently are growing and have multiple positions available in the Merimbula and Bega region for all levels of experience with 20 hour per week opportunities.


Your work may include:

  • Assisting our clients with their daily living needs such as light housework, cooking and meal preparation
  • Helping clients with showering, dressing and grooming
  • Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
  • Providing social support and community engagement

  • Sign on bonus of $1000 in effect for applications from now until 30 June: *For applications received for NSW Home Care Worker positions between 1st March and 30th June 2023. Must be successful in obtaining a part-time or full-time position, minimum of 20 hours per week, and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent*.


To be successful you will have:

  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Current valid driver’s licence
  • A reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable). If you’re not currently qualified, we can help get you there through our training organisation IRT Academy
