About the Role

 

As a Registered Nurse, you'll help care for our residents' health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!


Super exciting offer:

  • Sign on Bonus of $8,000 for FT roles (38 hours) and $5000 for PT roles (24 hours +) to Join IRT in the Shoalhaven region
  • Hourly base rate between $43.75 and $55.88 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.
  • Location: IRT Greenwell Gardens

 

Part-time position available: Work 1 shift per week (8 hours total) between Monday–Friday, with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

 

Your work may include:


• Providing clinical care
• Managing and supervising care workers
• Undertaking client assessments
• Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans
• Providing treatment as required

 

To Be Successful You Will Have

 

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
