IRT Home Care, a division of the IRT Group, provides a range of services to people living in their own homes across NSW, QLD and the ACT. We are seeking motivated and dedicated Home Care Employees to join our team for an immediate start.


Our industry is constantly growing and as a result we are looking for someone with a passion for supporting older Australians to join our Home Care team.  You will be joining a supportive team that is dedicated to providing general, personal and clinical care to our customers who remain living independently. 


Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care including showering, dressing and medication assistance
  • Providing domestic assistance such as food preparation and household cleaning 
  • Transportation to medical appointments, shopping and social outings 
  • Regular reporting and communicating customer progress 
  • Following individual care plans and report on customer progress


To be successful you will have: 

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support 
  • A current Medications unit of competency (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in Aged Care/ Home Care
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • A current valid driver’s licence (regular driving)
  • A reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance (work related approved kilometres are paid fortnightly)
  • The availability to work across the day including weekends, afternoons and/or evenings
