About the Role
As the Food Safety & Compliance Coordinator you’ll be supporting the IRT Catering team to ensure we produce the safest food possible to our customers.
IRT Catering, a division of the IRT Group is in the process of developing our business of the future. Our Unanderra facility produces over 40,000 home-style and nutritious meals each week. We have a team of dedicated professionals who ensure we deliver the highest quality products for our customers.

To Be Successful You Will Have
- Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field such as Food Technology, Food Science or Food and Nutrition
- Demonstrated understanding of current legislation from Food Standards Code, HACCP guidelines and other relevant laws and codes
- Understanding of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems
- Ability to deliver training to staff
- Understanding of food production or food manufacturing particularly cook chill systems
- Valid driver’s license
