About the Role
Are you a customer service superstar who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences?
We are looking for motivated and professional Customer Service Officers to be the first point of contact for our customers at IRT.
In this role, you will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and confidently promote our products and services while delivering outstanding service across multiple communication channels.
Positions Available
- 1 x Part-Time – Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm (15-minutes break)
- 1 x Full-Time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Work Arrangement
This role operates on a hybrid model following probation, with:
- 3 days working in the office
- 2 days working from home
You will be based at our IRT William Beach Gardens office, Kanahooka NSW 2530 for in-person collaboration, meetings, and learning sessions.
Please note: During the first 3 months (probation period), the role will be office-based full-time.
About the role:
- Acquire new customers by qualifying leads and providing information about our products and services
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via telephone, email, web chat and face-to-face interactions
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data within our Customer Relationship Management System - Sales Force
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and resolve issues appropriately
- Contribute to achieving team service levels and business objectives within allocated timeframes
- Support the development of team plans, strategies and goals
- Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders and collaborate to achieve Contact Centre and broader IRT objectives
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service or sales focussed role
- Proven ability to promote products and services confidently
- Call centre experience (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
