About the Role
We have an exciting 12 month secondment opportunity available for an Executive Support Officer to join our CEO Business Unit, supporting senior leaders as part of our high-performing Executive Support Team.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support across multiple business units, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to key business initiatives.
You’ll play a critical role in:
- Supporting various business areas with meeting and workload management
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Assisting with the coordination of events and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Supporting systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Acting as a key point of contact across the business
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining exposure across business units within IIRT.
