About the Role

Play a pivotal role in our expansion and innovation efforts on our property projects.  IRT group is now looking for a Project Marketing Specialist to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Property Development and Property Strategy to develop and implement marketing strategies for property projects, ensuring alignment with the IRT Group’s corporate brand.
  • Assist in organising local events, activation and the creation of annual marketing plans specific to property development projects, working closely with the Group Head of Marketing and external agencies to deliver on these plans.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent execution of the IRT Group’s brand and product information across all marketing channels, specifically tailored to new property developments.
  • Manage content for digital assets, including websites and campaign landing pages.
  • Contribute to marketing and branding concepts and copy development
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing and branding concepts, including copy development and content production.
  • Develop and manage website content for IRT Group’s digital assets and online sales sites as required
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure project marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.

To Be Successful You Will Have

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tertiary (degree) qualification(s) in a related discipline (e.g. marketing)

 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, with experience in property development or real estate (desirable).
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, including television, radio, digital, social, and direct marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Experience with website CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
